The hotel was clean and comfortable with great mountain views. The staff was friendly, helpful despite language barriers and provided flowers for a special occasion. Breakfast and cappuccinos were delicious. Transportation was easy with parking available.

Our room was clean and comfortable, with scenic views of mountains. the staff was friendly and helpful, despite language barriers. the breakfast was fantastic and included delicious cappuccinos. We appreciated the hotel's charming ambiance and proximity to Oderzo.
It was a bit difficult to communicate with the staff, as there was a language barrier.

The location was great, close to the city centre. The view from the room was stunning, especially with the snow. The room was decent, and the blankets were warm. The staff was quite hospitable and friendly, and made sure we had everything we needed. The breakfast was average, but at least it was something. The walk around the hotel was peaceful and quiet, which was great for relaxation.
It was Christmas, but there was no decoration in the hotel whatsoever. The atmosphere was quiet and cold, which made the holiday spirit hard to find.

Over Easter, we stayed in a hotel that was perfect for us. the beautiful views of snow-capped mountains from our clean and comfortable room were a real plus. the staff were friendly and accommodating, despite there being a language barrier. the hotel was in a great location, with a pleasant walk to the nearby town, where there was ample parking. A generous breakfast was provided, which was a fantastic touch.
this did not detract from our overall experience, which was highly enjoyable and relaxing.
